Do not read over it too quickly. Digest it and let it guide your attitude. It is all too easy for us to constantly look at the challenges we face or plans we have. Let us also find joy in serving the LORD and come before Him with thanksgiving.
All Men Exhorted to Praise God.
A Psalm for Thanksgiving.
1Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth.
2Serve the LORD with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
3Know that the LORD Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4Enter His gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
5For the LORD is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.
Take time today to come humbly before our Creator and give Him thanks! Don’t rush it. Allow at least a few minutes. Be specific and highlight things about Him that are worthy of praise and also things He has done specifically for you as well for which you want to thank Him.
Shalom
