What Is the Hidden Treasure That We Should Pursue It at All Cost?

Two parables in Matthew 13 work together to make a very important point. When we truly come to know our Lord and Savior, we should be filled with joy. The value in knowing and submitting to our Father and embracing our relationship with Him and forgiveness found in Yeshua is so valuable, we should be willing to give up everything else we have (if necessary) to obtain it… and do so joyfully and thankfully.

Matthew 13:44-46

Hidden Treasure

      44“The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

A Costly Pearl

      45“Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, 46and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it.

It is also interesting to consider in these parables that it is only once we have experienced it, see it in some way, that we can truly recognize the value and then pursue it so enthusiastically and joyfully.

I must admit, I am not living day to day with this much joy in having relationship with my Father. I too often let myself get distracted by the many things around me in every day life that sometimes do not go so well. I do want Him and I do know He is most important, but I want to feel the level of joy in seeking Him more deeply at all cost that is portrayed in the parables.

Join me in praying that Yahweh would give each of us who are submitted to Him through Yeshua the joy and enthusiasm to pursue Him fully and without restraint.

Our Relationship with Yeshua Should Affect All Aspects of Our Lives

The parable of the mustard seed and the leaven in Matthew 13, are both referring to spiritual growth in either an individual or a newly founded church community. The seed of faith in, truth about, and submission to Yeshua is at first small. However, over time it grows to dominate the heart of the individual or community.

Matthew 13:31-35

The Mustard Seed

      31He presented another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field; 32and this is smaller than all other seeds, but when it is full grown, it is larger than the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that THE BIRDS OF THE AIR come and NEST IN ITS BRANCHES.”

The Leaven

      33He spoke another parable to them, “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was all leavened.”

      34All these things Jesus spoke to the crowds in parables, and He did not speak to them without a parable.

35This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
“I WILL OPEN MY MOUTH IN PARABLES;
I WILL UTTER THINGS HIDDEN SINCE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD.”

The large tree would affect dramatically the environment around it. Likewise, leaven affects the whole loaf despite being a small part. So too our relationship with Christ will mature and grow to dominate all aspects of our lives if it is sincere and we pursue it as we should. It is not simply affecting “what we do on days of worship once a week”.

The leaven provides interesting perspective on how the growth takes place. Largely, it is gradual and secret. It takes time. It does not simply announce itself, but gradually grows to affect the entire loaf. Similarly, the tree from day to day does not appear to grow, but as you see it over time it is actually growing significantly.

Prayerfully reflect on these parables and how they apply in your life. Have you fully submitted to Yeshua? Is your relationship with Him dominating your whole life in all aspects? or have you simply carved out a space or time that He can be a focus and then blocked off the rest of your time to continue living as you would without Him?

Remember that even when you get on the right track in relationship with Christ, at times your growth may seem slow day to day. Do not be discouraged. Keep pursuing Him and building relationship with Him, just as you would over many years with a spouse or a good lifelong friend. It takes time. You are never “done”.

The Tares Among the Wheat – Spiritual Warfare is Real

The parable of the wheat and the tares is very interesting. This is another example of a parable that Yeshua explains directly to His disciples. It can give us some good perspective to understand those around us that seem so completely lost and far from God. It is because they are far from God. In fact they are not even “wheat”, but “tares”.

Matthew 13:24-30 and 36-43

Tares among Wheat

      24Jesus presented another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25“But while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went away. 26“But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also. 27“The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28“And he said to them, ‘An enemy has done this!’ The slaves said to him, ‘Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?’ 29“But he said, ‘No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30‘Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”

The Tares Explained

      36Then He left the crowds and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.” 37And He said, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man, 38and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one; 39and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels. 40“So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. 41“The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, 42and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43“Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH AS THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.

The wheat and the tares serve different masters. We should not expect them to align, but to be at odds with one another. The tares look like wheat at first, but as they mature and bear fruit one can tell the difference.  They can not simply “get along” side by side. The tares, like weeds, will not be satisfied until they crowd out the wheat and inhibit its growth or choke it out all together.

Additionally, do not neglect the reality that we have an enemy in Satan and that spiritual warfare is real. (For more on spiritual warfare consider our teaching, Spiritual Warfare.)

The Sower and the Four Soils… and What Does it Mean for Me?

We will focus today on the parable of the sower, or as it is sometimes called the parable of the four soils. I plan to come back to the section on why Yeshua taught in parables as it deserves some depth of discussion on its own.

Matthew 13:1-23

Jesus Teaches in Parables

      1That day Jesus went out of the house and was sitting by the sea. 2And large crowds gathered to Him, so He got into a boat and sat down, and the whole crowd was standing on the beach.

      3And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, “Behold, the sower went out to sow; 4and as he sowed, some seeds fell beside the road, and the birds came and ate them up. 5“Others fell on the rocky places, where they did not have much soil; and immediately they sprang up, because they had no depth of soil. 6“But when the sun had risen, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7“Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked them out. 8“And others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty. 9“He who has ears, let him hear.”

An Explanation

      10And the disciples came and said to Him, “Why do You speak to them in parables?” 11Jesus answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been granted. 12“For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has shall be taken away from him. 13“Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.

14“In their case the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says,
‘YOU WILL KEEP ON HEARING, BUT WILL NOT UNDERSTAND;
YOU WILL KEEP ON SEEING, BUT WILL NOT PERCEIVE;

      15FOR THE HEART OF THIS PEOPLE HAS BECOME DULL,
WITH THEIR EARS THEY SCARCELY HEAR,
AND THEY HAVE CLOSED THEIR EYES,
OTHERWISE THEY WOULD SEE WITH THEIR EYES,
HEAR WITH THEIR EARS,
AND UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART AND RETURN,
AND I WOULD HEAL THEM.’

16“But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. 17“For truly I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.

The Sower Explained

      18“Hear then the parable of the sower. 19“When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road. 20“The one on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21yet he has no firm root in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls away. 22“And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns, this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. 23“And the one on whom seed was sown on the good soil, this is the man who hears the word and understands it; who indeed bears fruit and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty, and some thirty.”

Reflect on this teaching from Yeshua from two perspectives:

  • You as the soil
  • You as the sower

I strive to be the fertile soil and to a large degree I believe I fit that category more than the others. There are, however, times when I let the worries of the world come and choke out the joy of the LORD in my walk with Him. I need to keep working on this to be sure, and I need His help. Which type of soil are you?

Notice that the sower and the seed are consistent throughout all four scenarios. It is not the word of God that is in question in any of these outcomes, but rather the people receiving the message. Thus, if we are obeying our mandate in the great commission to go and make disciples of all the world, we must not judge our effectiveness by the outcome with specific individuals. There is more going on than just us as sowers and God’s word as the seed.

This is also why we are instructed not to simply dwell on one person in trying to “force” the gospel on them. If they reject it, we are to move on, or “shake the dust from our feet” (What does it mean to shake the dust off your feet_ _ GotQuestions.org). What good would it do for the sower to simply keep throwing seed on the path or the rocky soil? What if there is more fertile soil just “down the road” that he could find if he would shift his focus?

Humility Draws Us Nearer To Our Father

“… for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.” [Yeshua]

Luke 18:9-15

The Pharisee and the Publican

     9And He also told this parable to some people who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and viewed others with contempt: 10“Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11“The Pharisee stood and was praying this to himself: ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other people: swindlers, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. 12‘I fast twice a week; I pay tithes of all that I get.’ 13“But the tax collector, standing some distance away, was even unwilling to lift up his eyes to heaven, but was beating his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, the sinner!’ 14“I tell you, this man went to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Humility allows us to draw closer to our Father. Pride and self sufficiency create barriers to keep us separate from Him. We are all sinners, though not with the same sins. Let us all come before Him with humility and a repentant heart. Let us not grow complacent with where we are in our journey to Him, for if we think we have reached the destination, that is as far as we will ever go.

This Offer Expires When You Do

YHWH graciously and with lovingkindness allows us our entire lifetime to repent and turn to Him… to make Him lord over our lives… to ask forgiveness. But the offer of forgiveness does expire… it expires when we do. Once we die and move on to either heaven or hell, it is too late. There is no amount of prayer or regret that can influence where we spend our eternity after we die. We were given the chance and chose to go our own way.

Luke 16:19-31

The Rich Man and Lazarus

      19“Now there was a rich man, and he habitually dressed in purple and fine linen, joyously living in splendor every day. 20“And a poor man named Lazarus was laid at his gate, covered with sores, 21and longing to be fed with the crumbs which were falling from the rich man’s table; besides, even the dogs were coming and licking his sores. 22“Now the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to Abraham’s bosom; and the rich man also died and was buried. 23“In Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his bosom. 24“And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’ 25“But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that during your life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things; but now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony. 26‘And besides all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, so that those who wish to come over from here to you will not be able, and that none may cross over from there to us.’ 27“And he said, ‘Then I beg you, father, that you send him to my father’s house— 28for I have five brothers—in order that he may warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’ 29“But Abraham said, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.’ 30“But he said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!’ 31“But he said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead.’”

Consider verse 31, YHWH has indeed raised Yeshua from the dead and documented it well. Yet many refuse to believe even with someone raised from the dead.

Reflect on your life and the lives of those you know and love now, while you have time. If there are some you want to reach, if you need to repent and seek forgiveness… do so without delay. None of our tomorrow’s are promised to us, no matter how young and healthy we may be. Eternity is at stake.

A Lesson We Can Learn From The Worldy

Luke 16 documents a teaching from Yeshua which on the surface may be confusing to some… appearing as if Yeshua Praising The Unrighteousness Of A Servant To His Master. This is certainly not the case. It becomes obvious when studied in the broader context of scripture, however let’s look at the specific passage in Luke. However, there is a lesson for us as believers to pay attention to in this passage of scripture. Let’s be careful not to miss it.

Luke 16:1-9

The Unrighteous Steward

     1Now He was also saying to the disciples, “There was a rich man who had a manager, and this manager was reported to him as squandering his possessions. 2“And he called him and said to him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.’ 3“The manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do, since my master is taking the management away from me? I am not strong enough to dig; I am ashamed to beg. 4‘I know what I shall do, so that when I am removed from the management people will welcome me into their homes.’ 5“And he summoned each one of his master’s debtors, and he began saying to the first, ‘How much do you owe my master?’ 6“And he said, ‘A hundred measures of oil.’ And he said to him, ‘Take your bill, and sit down quickly and write fifty.’ 7“Then he said to another, ‘And how much do you owe?’ And he said, ‘A hundred measures of wheat.’ He said to him, ‘Take your bill, and write eighty.’ 8“And his master praised the unrighteous manager because he had acted shrewdly; for the sons of this age are more shrewd in relation to their own kind than the sons of light. 9“And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by means of the wealth of unrighteousness, so that when it fails, they will receive you into the eternal dwellings.

 The master praised the unrighteous steward only in his cleverness, not in his dishonest actions. Often the worldly, hungry for selfish gain, demonstrate great cleverness in their selfish pursuits.  They have a passion and are driven to accomplish their goals no matter what the barrier or setback. Followers of Christ, on the other hand, may often be susceptible to complacency and fail to pursue their relationship with Him as passionately and with as much drive as the unrighteous pursue their goals.

Further, we all have temporary access to resources in this life. We have different amounts we steward, but none of it is ours. It all belongs to our master, the Lord. Will we use it wisely and store up treasure in heaven for when we no longer have the opportunity to use it? or will we squander the opportunity just wasting it on ourselves and have nothing to show for it at the end of our lives? There is no one but God in whom we can invest that can help us in eternity.

Let us focus on the right object to pursue, the Father through Yeshua, but then also pursue Him with passion, drive, cleverness, even desperation greater than the unrighteous pursue their selfish gain. Settle not into complacency and “comfort zone”, but ambitiously pursue God and our relationship with Him. In this way we will live a fulfilling life pleasing to Him and store up treasure in heaven.

Why Does God Allow Sin? Why Does It Separate Us From God?

“Why does God allow sin?”  “Why does sin separate us from God?”

These are two common questions that people struggle with as they try to reconcile a loving God with a fallen world, filled with sin and selfishness and evil. We could explore this topic in several ways. One approach would be to conduct a detailed Bible study and try to explain verse by verse. That is actually an excellent exercise for these topics and I have done that before. I encourage each of you to do the same. As a starting foundation, we should explain that sin refers to “missing the mark”, or falling short of doing things God’s way. We sin when we do things our way instead of God’s way.

For today, let us approach it in parable format as Jesus did many times throughout His ministry to help people more plainly understand key principles on terms they are familiar with.

There was a man who wanted a dog. To begin with, he thought about how easy it would be if only he could find one that would obey perfectly and not create any trouble for him. He found a robotic dog. At first the robotic dog seemed interesting but his interest soon fell. It was not satisfying. It did everything just as it was directed. It had perfect obedience but no free will. It did not obey because it loved the master, it simply obeyed because it could do nothing else. The master soon tired of the toy, it could not love him. There was no satisfaction in it, no real relationship.

Next the man purchased two puppies. Both puppies inherently did not understand the rules of the house at first. In fact, left to their own devices they were quite destructive… constantly chewing things that should not be chewed and “pottying” where they should not. Neither obeyed their master. He quickly found that their disobedient behavior necessarily created a need for separation from Him, even though He loved them so he placed them outside in his yard. He knew that left on their own, they would never learn correct behavior…they were unable to teach themselves. He loved them so he worked tirelessly to train them daily. He yearned to find a way to remove the separation between the dogs outside and himself in the house. Over time, one puppy learned to obey. It followed the rules and did what the master asked. The master rejoiced and brought that puppy inside the house where it was constantly with him and their relationship thrived. The puppy had learned to obey and to show love for the master and thus was brought into closer relationship with the master. The second puppy refused to obey. It rebelled against the master, even growling at him or trying to bite him. He still loved the second dog, but the dog’s behavior continued to create a need for separation from the master. The master tried tirelessly and yearned for the second dog to submit and obey so they could be closer, but it refused.

Whose fault is it that the second dog remained separated from the master? Was it the master because he set rules forth to determine what is good and bad? or the dog’s because it continued to refuse the master and instead chose to do what is bad?

The master is God. The robot dog represents why He gave us a free will… so their could be love… so we could choose Him. Which of us would choose to love a computer that does all we ask because it must? Which of us love others even when they choose to disobey or do harm to us at times? The first real dog is the wise person that hears the master’s voice, listens and obeys… doing things the master’s way. The second real dog represents those who remain in rebellion to God…creating by their actions a need for separation from Him. The master yearned for the second dog to “repent” and had made a way for it to be in relationship with him, but the dog refused. How foolish to blame the master for the separation caused by sin.

To think of it another way… let us consider our wonderful dessert, pick your favorite, but for this story we will call it a piece of chocolate cake. We know exactly what we want in this cake, and may even have a strong desire to enjoy it. What now, if I told you that the cake has small amount of poop in it? Do you still want the cake? It is only a small amount of contaminant. Of course we don’t want it! So it is with God when we sin. He wants to be near to us, but even a little sin is ugly and can contaminate the whole such that we can not choose to enjoy it and be close. It makes no more sense for us to insist that God should be close to those who reject Him and His commands than to insist that we would want to eat the contaminated dessert.

I know that these are perhaps simple examples, but we should not put the emphasis on blaming God that we can not be close to Him when we live in sin, rejecting His commands. Instead, we should put the emphasis on ourselves and our behavior and attitudes as the cause of separation from God. Come humbly before Jesus Christ, ask forgiveness, change our behaviors to be more like His commands as best we can. He will help! Submit our lives to be more like Jesus and He will cleanse us of our sins by way of His death on the cross.  We are a new creation in Christ and can be reconciled to the Master and dwell closely with Him in this life and again in Heaven after we die. Praise God that He made a way to make us clean!

2 Corinthians 5:17-19

17Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Take Control of Your Thought Life

Can you imagine trying to watch TV or use the internet if you could not control what channels or websites kept pulling up in front of you on the screen!? Every time you select what you want to watch, there is a pop-up ad or program that you did not want to watch that keeps blocking your view and taking your time. It would be absolutely frustrating… no beyond that… maddening.

Now what if you knew all of those annoying pop-ups were based on choices we made on what to watch in the past? Would you determine to be more careful of what programming you selected to expose yourself to? Would not you take great effort to regain control of your screen, turning off what you don’t want and turning back to what you do want rather than just accepting what pops up randomly?

It can be that way also with regards to what ideas come into our minds throughout the day in different situations. To be sure, what comes to mind is influenced by what we allow ourselves to see and do… by what we focus our time and attention on. If we focus on those things that are right and good and true, than that is more likely to be what is on our mind. If we expose ourselves to pornography,  violence, greed or lust than that is what will be more likely to be on our mind. Once these thoughts and ideas are in our minds and hearts, they can be very hard to remove.

Guard your hearts. Actively control what you expose yourself to. Actively direct your thoughts to what is good and away from evil. Pray and seek help from the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 1:1-3 1How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers! 2But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in His law he meditates day and night. 3He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither; and in whatever he does, he prospers.

Proverbs 4:23-27 23Watch over your heart with all diligence,
for from it flow the springs of life. 24Put away from you a deceitful mouth and put devious speech far from you. 25Let your eyes look directly ahead and let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. 26Watch the path of your feet and all your ways will be established. 27Do not turn to the right nor to the left; turn your foot from evil.

The Parable of the Wedding Feast

Jesus continues with another parable in Matthew 22: 1-14. The parable of the wedding feast is directly related to that of the vineyard told at the end of Matthew 21. Both refer to God’s chosen people, the Jews, who rejected God and responded violently to His messengers.

      1Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying, 2“The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son. 3“And he sent out his slaves to call those who had been invited to the wedding feast, and they were unwilling to come. 4“Again he sent out other slaves saying, ‘Tell those who have been invited, “Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fattened livestock are all butchered and everything is ready; come to the wedding feast.”’ 5“But they paid no attention and went their way, one to his own farm, another to his business, 6and the rest seized his slaves and mistreated them and killed them. 7“But the king was enraged, and he sent his armies and destroyed those murderers and set their city on fire. 8“Then he said to his slaves, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9‘Go therefore to the main highways, and as many as you find there, invite to the wedding feast.’ 10“Those slaves went out into the streets and gathered together all they found, both evil and good; and the wedding hall was filled with dinner guests.

      11“But when the king came in to look over the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed in wedding clothes, 12and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless. 13“Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14“For many are called, but few are chosen.”

The parable shows God’s love and desire for His people to be with Him, obeying His commands and living in personal relationship with Him. When the people reject God’s invitation, they have no real excuses. They just can’t be bothered to come. They find business in the things of this world… in the day to day chores and activities. The truth is they do not desire to come to be with the Lord.

God prepared everything. The people just need to come to Him and accept His offer. Still they reject it.

God next extends His offer to the gentiles and many will accept it and come to the feast. God invites those who have done evil as well as those who have done good. He extends His offer to everyone through Jesus Christ.

The offer, however, requires humility and submission to God. It is most likely that the king, who had prepared everything, had prepared and offered wedding clothes to the guests, knowing they were poor and would not have their own. When the man refused to wear them, refused to submit to the king, instead choosing rebellion and disrespect, then the king had him cast out.  This man represents hypocrites, who come to the feast, pretending to submit to God, but have clearly not found salvation through submission to Christ. They will be revealed and cast out when they face the king.

So too is it for us, when we come to accept God’s offer of salvation through grace, by faith… to turn away from our sins and prior evil, and submit to God through Jesus as our Lord… we must come humbly and submit. We must not just come to the feast and continue in our old sinful ways, assuming everything is fine and we can have all that God offers, while still living willingly and unrepentantly in bondage to sin.

Have you accepted God’s invitation to the wedding feast… His invitation for salvation through Jesus Christ?

Have you genuinely repented of, or turned away from, your old sinful ways, and humbly asked Jesus for forgiveness?

Have you submitted your whole life genuinely and completely to Jesus? or are you honoring Him with your lips only and keeping certain areas of your life out of submission to Him?

God loved us enough to make a way to be reconciled with Him! Praise God the feast is prepared and we need not complete any works to be judged worthy. We just need to accept His invitation and then begin to follow and submit to Him!
